Kotor Shore Excursion for Cruise Passengers

Shore excursions live or die on timing, and this one is planned backwards from your all-aboard. Pickup is at the port gate, the vehicle is air-conditioned, and the route is arranged so that the driving happens while you would otherwise be queuing. You get the bay road, Perast on foot, an optional boat to the island church, a look at the Budva Riviera and time inside Kotor's walls, which is a lot for four hours and still leaves margin at the end.
