A history-leaning version of the bay run. Perast gets a proper twenty minutes, and the route takes in Mamula, whose story is considerably darker than its postcard silhouette suggests, and the submarine tunnels from the same era. The swim is twenty-five minutes in the Blue Lagoon, where the rock throws light back through the water. Good if you want the context as well as the photographs.

Good to know

Yes, by swimming. Motorised boats are no longer allowed inside, so the boat anchors just outside and you swim in, which keeps the cave quiet and clean.
